in some places u dont hv to join the union. but in europe/usa u must. chef can range fr 40K to 60K per annum master chef goes up to 100K, contracts r usu for 1 yr extendable. u get medical, free lodging during busy days, food is definite. if overseas get get paid home leave every yr. tax u pay. if master chef in a macau casino, they pay half. consultation and conflict resolution is the best way to settle problems. dont be too arrogant or fighting cock style. stay cooool and everyone will chip in to help
