Chef Jobs And Training

I am a 28/m, married with children. I have been cooking almost 15 years. I can prepare dishes for dinner, small parties, etc. I can create anything from inexpensive dishes to elaborate 5 star items from French, Italian, Carribbean, American, etc.
I can cook in your home and serve meals, as well as cleanup. I also have my own pans and utensils and can provide any other necessities apon negotiations.
I currently work as a chef for a local fine dining resturant in a Orlando resort, but I am intrested in a private employment allowing more time with family.
